Hip Pain
Hip pain can be caused by anything from an injury to an underlying health problem. The sooner you address the cause of the problem, the better your chances of finding relief.
Similar to low back pain, hip pain can be caused by a number of issues related to the hip, pelvic, muscles, internal organs, or back. This can include injury, arthritis, or infection. It can also be caused by the sacroiliac or SI joint that links the pelvis and lower spine.
Pain felt in the hip could be from a problem in the back rather than the hip itself. Pain from problems related to the hip joint is most often felt in the groin.
