Devon Parks, PA-C

Devon was born and raised in the Eugene/Springfield area. She completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at Linfield College with honors. She then went to the University of Saint Francis in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she received her Masters as a Physician Assistant. During her training she had a focus on Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.

Devon has been active in the community with various sports and volunteer organizations. She is enjoying being back in Eugene and is excited about the opportunity to serve the community by working at NeuroSpine Institute.

Sean Rabacal, PA-C

Sean Rabacal, PA-C

Sean received both his undergraduate and Pharmacy degrees from Oregon State University where he graduated with honors. He has been a Pharmacist since 1993. Sean continued his education at Pacific University where he earned his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies and graduated with honors. He has been a Physician Assistant since 1999. Sean has been working with Dr. Christopher Miller since 2000.

Mark joined NeuroSpine Institute in the spring of 2013, when he and Dr. Greg Phillips moved their practices to NSI.  Mark is a graduate of the University of West Florida where he received his undergraduate degree (Magna Cum Laude) a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science. He then obtained a Masters in Sports Medicine with emphasis in exercise physiology.

He went on to get a Master of Health Science degree from the Department of Physicians Assistant Studies.  He has worked as an Athletic trainer for many years and volunteers for many local sporting and high school events including the Olympic Trials. Mark is a veteran (Navy, Hospital Corpsmen), having served 10 years in the military including Operation Desert Shield and Storm. He also works on his cooking skills and brings delicious left-overs to work that make the rest of us drool.

Justin M. Goble, PA-C

Justin M. Goble, PA-C

Justin received his Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies through the University of Nebraska via the Interservice Physician Assistant Program (IPAP). A United States Army veteran, he served 2 combat tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. He has served as a primary care physician for his fellow comrades both stateside and abroad, and is excited about joining the NeuroSpine Institute team. When he isn’t working, Justin enjoys family activities and exploring his new community.
