Devon Parks, PA-C

Devon was born and raised in the Eugene/Springfield area. She completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at Linfield College with honors. She then went to the University of Saint Francis in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she received her Masters as a Physician Assistant. During her training she had a focus on Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.

Devon has been active in the community with various sports and volunteer organizations. She is enjoying being back in Eugene and is excited about the opportunity to serve the community by working at NeuroSpine.

Sean Rabacal, PA-C

Sean Rabacal, PA-C

Sean received both his undergraduate and Pharmacy degrees from Oregon State University where he graduated with honors. He has been a Pharmacist since 1993. Sean continued his education at Pacific University where he earned his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies and graduated with honors. He has been a Physician Assistant since 1999. Sean has been working with Dr. Christopher Miller since 2000.
