Understanding your statement and payment options
For clinic/office visits, you will receive a statement from NeuroSpine. For surgery or pain management procedures performed at Two Rivers Surgical Center, you will receive separate statements, one from NeuroSpine for your physician fees and one from Two Rivers for surgical center services. Not included are fees for anesthesia services, laboratory fees, pathology, or other tests that may be ordered by your physician; those costs are separate.
Prior to a procedure, our business office will contact you regarding your insurance coverage and expected charges. Generally, all insurance carriers, including Medicare, reimburse outpatient centers just as they would other healthcare facilities. Standard charges have been established for all procedures.
Your financial responsibility at the time of service will be any deductible and/or co-insurance. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance. You will be billed for any services and/or charges not covered by your insurance plan. We encourage you to contact your insurance carrier with any questions.
For surgery or pain management procedures, we can offer patients the following no-interest payment options:
- 90 days
- 6 months
- 9 months
- 12 months
- 18 months
Need to make a payment? It’s easy. Have your account number and method of payment ready, then make a payment using our convenient online bill pay. If you would rather mail a check with your statement, send it to the address on your billing statement.
